Resilience, learning by doing, bringing others along.
I started in September 2022 through the ALX Software Engineering path—learning Git, Linux, and core computing on constrained hardware. For nearly two years I engineered, deployed, and debugged real systems using only a smartphone (Termux + Neovim). Constraint became leverage: it forged discipline in automation, shell efficiency, and architectural clarity.
Today I design and ship backend & infrastructure solutions, contribute to OpenStack (Ironic & Bifrost), and mentor learners entering cloud & DevOps. My focus: lower the barrier to cloud-native adoption in West Africa.

Currently working on AWS Builder Challenge #2: Build a website on the cloud .
🧱 My Cloud Stack
Static site on Amazon S3 fronted by Amazon CloudFront with HTTPS via AWS Certificate Manager. Deployments automated from source control.
🔐 Security First
S3 Block Public Access enabled; bucket kept private. CloudFront uses Origin Access Control (OAC) for least-privilege access. Deploy role scoped with minimal IAM permissions.
⚡ Performance
Cache-Control headers + versioned assets, CloudFront compression,
and cache invalidations on each release for fast global delivery.
🛠️ Observability
CloudFront standard logs to S3, metrics in CloudWatch, and budget alerts via AWS Budgets to stay Free-Tier friendly.
📈 What’s Next
Add a custom domain with Amazon Route 53, redirects via CloudFront Functions, and a serverless contact form using API Gateway + Lambda.
